Front end suspention rattle

On Hotchkis fronts/rears - Konis. I suspect the end links. But can you physcially check them for looseness? Ie.. grab the swaybar and get one of the endlink ends to move?

How as the replacements from Riverside Infinti held up for us lowered guys?

Should you be able to move the ball joint end of a tie-rod? I don't know how else to explain it, I am able to tilt/twist the tie-rod end.
