brake vibration?????

i just rrecently installed brand new cross drilled and slotted rotors and hawk pads and i am feeling some vibration when i stop especially at high speeds .....but it isnt a vibration like when the pads are bad or the rotors are bad ... the only way i can explain it is that it feels like when a phone vibrates not pulsating but the car stops very well it just vibrates in the process let me know what you guys think?

Brand rotors? If they are cheapo e-bay type rotors.....well, you get what you pay for. A lot of guys experience this sometimes with certain brand aftermarket rotors. Unfortunately most cure it by getting another set of rotors.

Did you install new pads with the rotors? Did you do the bedding in process?

It is possible to feel the pads contacting the slots.

If you don't bed your brakes and heat them all the way to gas the pads you've wasted your time (and gas).

Sounds like your tires are off balance. Also do you have cupping on the inside of your tires? But then it'd be constant.

its not ur tires or brake pads.
i had the same problem.
it's probably that screw/clip for the drums for emergency brakes.
there's two of those clips. i found mine was rubbing behind my rotors and it makes it rattle alot. remove your rotors and get it checked out. probably u left ur emergency brakes on when removing the rotors and it got pulled out by accident.
