Am I still under warranty?

I bought a used 2005 G35 a couple months ago and I was just wondering if I was still under warranty for:

1) A problem with the driver window. When I click it to auto it'll go all the way up but then once it does that it comes back down about 3 inches EVERY time I click it to auto. But if I manually click it up then there's no problems.

2) I recently changed my two front tires to 225/40/18s. The rears are 245/35/18s. Now my ABS, VDC Off, and Slip lights come on after a minute of driving.

That's all that's really wrong with my car right now which is beautiful for me.

Just wondering if I still qualify for warranty? I don't remember if I'm covered under the 4 or 5 year warranty or the 50k or 60k warranty but I'm at 44k miles right now.

Thanks!

it usually depends on mileage or years. Our car are warrants till 60,000 miles or 4 years whatever comes first. But since you bought your as used, it depends of the dealer thru in extended warranty as an incentive when u bought the car. but if u don't think u have the extended warranty. then u are under the 60k/4year warranty.

So when did the 4 years begin? Is there anyway for me to find out?

it begins the date your car was registered... If you go to a dealership they should be able to tell you when, or you can run a carfax/autocheck but those cost a few bucks

^ +1. you need to check the "in service date". a car can sit on a lot for 2 years, but the warranty doesn't begin until it is first registered by an owner.

the manual is very clear on OEM warranties. read it.
