http://www.car-videos.com/performanc...ID1=200&ID2=69

0-60 Mph
- G35: 6.20 s
- RSX: 6.18 s

1/4 Mile
- G35: 14.90 s @ 96 mph
- RSX: 14.92 s @ 96.51 mph

Pretty close... id say it would be up to the driver..

Re: G35 vs RSX type R

I believe that is the sedan auto though...against the coupe or sedan 6mt it would favour more for the G35 I think..... probably still comes down to driver though.

Re: G35 vs RSX type R

Actually, this is a Honda Integra Type-R, there's still no RSX Type R, but this basically is what the RSX Type-R could be.

Japanese Honda Type R SPECIFICATIONS:

Engine type: DOHC 16 valve inline-4 i-VTEC
Displacement: 2.0L (1998cc)
Power: 220 bhp @ 7900 RPMs
Torque: 152 lb.-ft. @ 6200 RPMs
Redline: 8400 rpm (estimated)
Transmission: 6 speed manual

PERFORMANCE: (estimated performance)

0-60: 5.7 sec
0-100: 14.7 sec
1/4 mile: 14.4 sec @ 98.9 mph
Top Speed: 150 mph

Re: G35 vs RSX type R

umm .... i dont kno anything about RSX Type-R cuz there is no such thing ...and RSX -S is never equal to Integra Type-R RSX Type-S is the model between the japnese Type-R and integra iS there is no real Type-R in the N. America except the DC-2 Integra Type-R and that was stil not the real japanese R they change the front and lower the hp ... but it still fast .... i raced with a 99 Type-R few weeks ago the accelerating before 100km is very fast i think he mod the intake and exhaust... but i smoked his *** after around 130km seems the R is not good at speed after 140 which is just the start for our Gs .. ^^

Re: G35 vs RSX type R

The DC-5 does not exist in North America. Lets just leave it at that. There are rumors that it may come to shores as well as the EP Civic Type R, but only time will tell. Honda definitely needs to pick up their pants to compete with the WRX/WRX STi and EVO VIII and Dodge SRT-4

It's still a G thang!!

Re: G35 vs RSX type R

Honda can kind of compare with the Civic Si and SiR but that car is actually more suited for the Nissan Sentra Se-R Spec V. Now that what we need for our G35's the V spec version that was on the R34 Skylines.
