wheel spacers with oem 19" m45 wheels?

I just picked up some 19" OEM M45 sport wheels for my 05 g35x they have 245/40/19 tires on them. I heard i need to run wheel spacers in the front? Is this true and what size spacers do I need? thanks for the help.

correct atleast 5mm, the m45 offsets aren't g friendly in the front, +50, the inner tire will rub on the control arm
