How to fix a wobbling windshiled wiper arm

mine is 2003 sedan, the windshield wiper arm on passenger side wobbles before it rests back. Is the problem of motor or something else? any way I can fix it??

you dont get snow. LOL

you could remove the whole wiper assembly and save a few pounds for sure.
