Running wire down A Pillar to fuse box?

I need to run a power cable down the driver's side A Pillar to the fuse box. I have removed the A Pillar cover. However, I have not had a chance to see if I can easily run the cable down the back hole in the dash. Has anyone done this before? If so, will I need to remove anything else under the dash to get the wire to the fuse box?

Remove the rubber grommet on the lining. You can reach behind the dash and run it down to the fuse box by the dead pedal.
Depending on the size of your hands, you may have to remove the dead pedal and the whole cover of the fuse box itself.
Not hard, everything pops off. The dead pedal does have one plastic "screw".

Easy as pie. To make you life easier, get a flashlight and put it under the dash firing up towards the hole. Then look through the glass as you feed the cable. If you want it to be even easier, get a one of the mechanical grabbers from sears for around $10. they look like this [-[-----{
