Sedan S techs are too harsh. I went H techs and now want it lower.

If you have $$ go coilovers, out of the 3 choices go Eibach.

Did you not see the sticky up on top for the suspension for the X. Come on now. Did you even do a search.

btw coilovers should be your first choice. You will put on the springs and want to change up soon.

C'mon now.....I did I am stuck on 3 decision based on the amount of a drop.

A) Dont want it slammed (1-1.5" drop to reduce gap)
B) Coilovers not in my budget. Redoing our basement/landscaping.

What's important to you? Ride quality? Suspension travel? Performance? A low look?

You haven't mentioned anything about shocks. You will most definitely need shocks for any drop you choose. To do it right without greatly compromising wheel travel, you're either going to have to stick to the Z/G combo or go with coilovers, and just a set of $800, you'll need to use more high quality (~$1,800). Ultra low does not = greater performance. There is a lot of science behind it.

^ not fully true, you can get Tein Basics for $1000 new ($500 used) and they are great coilovers. But in his case, he has to buy BCs because nothing else fits the X But I agree, you get what you pay for.

I know I will have to replace the shocks. But for the springs, I am looking for quality, performance, and a 1-1.5" drop.
