Wheels and Offset Question

I have a 2006 G35Sedan and is lowered on Tein S-Techs (2" front and 1.5" Rear). Looking to get Axis/EXE wheels 19x8.5 wheels with 225/40/19 tires for front and 19x9.5 wheels with 255/35/19 tires for rear. The front offset will be 35 and rear will be 40. Will I need to get my rear fenders rolled?

I'm running 19 by 8" with a 30 offset. Tires are 245 40 19 Goodyear GT's

In the back, you can just get a pencil between the tire and the unrolled fender. In the front it has a bit more clearance as the front fenders are about half rolled from the factory.

Your running a more aggressive offset, I am thinking I would be okay since the stock offsets are 45.

you are also running a 1.5 wider which is 37mm more but take aways 10mm for the offset you are still about an inch more wider than him. I would just roll your fender to be safe.

With 9.5 in wheel width and +40mm offset the wheel is sticking out by an additional 1.45" compared to OEM 7 in and +45mm offset. All you can do is measure and try, but probably will need to roll the rear fender.

I can go with this same wheel and run 19x8.5 all around with either a +35 or +45 offset. So I guess it will be better to run the +45 offset.

Actually +35 offset would work better for the front. Problem is you're running a wider wheel / tire and will interfere with the strut and suspension components in the front if you put more than ~145mm behind the hub (toward the center of the car). There's no rolling the suspension components. I know this because I used a 7 in wide wheel with +55mm offset for some snows and I barely cleared the suspension components in front.
OEM:
7 in wheel, +45mm offset = 133.9mm behind hub, 43.9mm in front of hub
Options:
8.5 in wheel +35mm offset = 142.95mm behind hub, 72.95 in front of hub
8.5 in wheel +45mm offset = 152.95mm behind hub, 62.95 in front of hub
Anything wider than a 225 tire adds to both dimensions because it would be wider than OEM. 225 tire theoretically is 8.8 in wide across the tread (tire width / 25.4).

why dont you just roll your fender so you dont have to worry about it.
