I am in Ali Alsaleem Kuwait and I it is freaking nice here, compared to Afghanistan. Well right now I am just waiting for a flight out.......... Compared to 12 months I dont mind waiting.....

Yeah im just another seaman. I had a chance for blue to green, but didnt take it when i should have. The navy is boring and i want more out of it. My job sounds crazy but when you get down to it we dont have the authority to do anything worthwhile. So i am going to put in a request to goto Afghan. I have volunteered three times and all have ended up getting canned.

 

Hey SMOKE, if you're not in a rush with the double din install, I'm pretty sure I'll be in Utah just after new year's. I'm PCS'd out in southwestern asia right now, but got to pick up some important things (Wife, G35s) from Utah before I head down to Arizona.

I'll gladly do your install of the headunit if you bring the vehicle and parts to me in the Ogden, Utah area... Drop off the car, take in a day of skiing, come back to a new headunit.

 

Project, the seabees I saw in Leatherneck did alot of construction.

Wrathernaut, that sounds like an idea except I already installed one back in March during my R&R. Maybe we could do a BBQ at your place? Oh and shots! lol

 

Good old seabeas. Yeah nothing like me. We are setup after the Marine MEU. Just not as offensive.

I was scheduled to go to Ali in Sept, but the mission got scrubbed. Now they're sending me to Puerto Rico in April for a month. Gotta hate that
