is it possible to retain factory bluetooth mic and controls w/ an after market hu. I have been contemplating whether im better off trying to work with the stock hu or just go aftermarket and be done with it. I dont want any useless controls in my car, it just bothers me.

 

What year is your car? As long as it is an 06 or down, there is a kit available.

Replace it with an aftermarket double din nav like a pioneer x series. They have bluetooth built in. You will lose the factory mic, but it comes with another one. The new Pac steering wheel controls have the ability to program the steering wheel buttons to do limited bluetooth functions.

 

hmmm. It is a 2006. i guess that will be my best bet.
