Car idling weird?

when my car was parked i noticed my idle rpm was sitting on the first small line or dash that's after the first longer rpm line (hope that makes sense) it would move up and down the second line and the engine would feel like vibrating a little bit, the rpm was fluctuating up and down too frequently it was 20 deegrees out if that matters

Have you recently installed anything new? Did it settle down once the car warmed up?

Nothing new, I've got my z tube since the summer with no issues. Maybe is cuz I didn't warm up my car? When the temperature was normal it was still doin it, I really should warm up my car instead of get in and drive in freezing temperature. My oil change is not due yet either

I get in and drive my car all the time when it's this cold. IMO that's the best way to warm it up as it circulates the oil to parts of the engine that need it most when it's cold.

Try checking your vacuum hoses, clean your MAF, make sure everything is tight and check your oil level.

The reason I asked if you had installed anything new is because vacuum leaks are common if everything isnt installed to the correct specs.

Clean your throttle body...AND do the "re-learn procedure".

That happens to me too, its normal. I think its fine as this is the computer adjusting the idle to warm the car up. Once its warm it should be below the first 'big line'.

when this happens its generally a vaccum leak or your idle control valve may be sticking
