2005 G35 Sedan Aftermarket Navi/Amp/Sub Help
Hey everyone,
Ive been searching for a couple of hours but I couldnt seem to find the answer to my question. I want to put aftermarket double din Navigation in my 05 g35 sedan (Avic z1) with the steering wheel remote adapter, and bluetooth module. I also wanted to wire my RF amp and dual L7s. The car has the bose system and I understand that you need a special harness in order to get it to work. What I want to know is what harnesses are needed to get this to work. I found the 70-7551 from Metra but Im not sure if I could connect my aftermarket amp/subwoofers to that. I dont want to lose any of the factory speakers/subs so Im hoping that the 70-7551 harness would do.
So far I have the following:
So just to sum it up, I want to be able to utilize all of the factory speakers/subs and also be able to wire up my aftermarket amp/sub without having to do anything drastic.
All help is appreciated.
Thanks!
Alan

- SE Steering wheel adapter
- Z1 Bluetooth module
- Rockford Fosgate Amp
- Kicker L7 (2)

Try posting this in the Audio section. But from what I've found, you should consider replacing the door speakers as well, especially considering they're almost 5 years old.
