EBAY trustworthy?

I'm looking at EBAY for Tein S techs for Sedans. There is prices as low as 177, 188, and 192 INCLUDING shipping. And it says that they are NEW. Should I trust this..?

How much do they normally cost? Is the seller an actual vendor or a private party?

I've had good and bad luck with buying parts off of ebay.

I usually buy used, but if it's a new product that has a brand name (on eBay), I have no problems buying from there.

You only run into real problems when the products have no brand name or if they're replicas.

Feedback is also an indicator of good business transactions.

The one that is 192 says "top seller rated". the other 2 don't have that next to there name. So maybe its worth paying the 192 opposed to the MSRP of 220 and up.

Yeah, I'm actually getting H-Techs from eBay soon if that tells you anything.

With 8% cash back from bing, it's a no-brainer.

Nothing wrong with Ebay at all. Paypal for the majority of the case favors the buyer anyway, so your protected there. Just find a reputable seller with good feedback, and read the description to ensure the product your buying. If you have doubts, post the link of the item here.

people really need to stop looking down on ebay...If its cheap, the store has good ratings, and a lot of good feedback, why not? You have to remember they are still a store, if they sell you crappy items they will get back feedbacks and lose business

Make sure they spell it TEIN and not TIEN. Lol! There was a small era where there were knockoffs getting sold.

Some things on Ebay are much cheaper. Ebay has really made a name for itself and does work really well with their rating system. Power sellers are the ones to go with for 100% reliability. Just an example, Crackberry is selling micro usb cables for $10+ shipping. Ebay had a power seller selling for 2.50+free shipping. (OEM RIM btw)
