Yea, please do post a video of your results. Also, what year is you G? I have an 05 and put on an 04 coupe mid the other day. The sound is about 75% of what I was looking for so I hope the hr y pipe would give it that extra tone. How easy was it to find your hr?

I am interested in this video too. I have a coupe mid pipe sitting in my room, installed the Z Tube last night and found an HR y pipe that is going to ship today. I was thinking about getting the HKS rear as well. I looked at the sedan exhaust compilation and liked what I heard. Next is the MD 5/16'' spacer to finish this round of mods off before school starts and I will not have the time to f**k with it.

Tip when working with those frozen bolts on exhaust. If you PB Blast it then torch it for about 5 min it should come out easy.

Here is mine with 08 350z HR ypipe and 06 coupe midpipe with stock muffler (my muffler rattle a little bit so that's why I change it)

and this is after I change the muffler with no name brand after market

and this one after I added Megan racing resonated test pipe (took the video too close the audio is destroy will have to take it again and put it further away)

I did both of these and had a breaker bar on it and still no luck. I had to cut one of the bolts to install mine.

uh oh thats no good.
i got mine off easy...
sprayed pb on the bolts every hour for about 4 hours?
then used my ratchet with a deep socket and yanked it and it came off nicely except one that i kinda stripped from trying with a monkey wrnech before.
but yeah str3zz i saw your video from a while back.. i lvoe the sound on your exhaust..
what did you use to record the sound? it comes out so clearly.
i use my macbook to record and i dont think it comes out clearly enough...
but yeah... heres my video
its with an injen sri, 04 coupe middy, 07 hr y pipe, and megan racing universal m-spec2 exhaust. hope this does you some justice
i'll try to re-record with something else and on a day that isnt so windy...

I use my regular digital camera but just have to put the camera about 10 feet away and just zoom in to look like closer to the car
