Paintless dent removal question

Anyone know how to do paint-less dent removal?? I have two dings in the drivers side door....I can get to them by taking the interior door panel off and I tried to push it out with a screwdriver, but I do not want to push too hard. Any tips/tricks would be helpful.

Umm try it if you want, but there is a reason it cost 10k to take the course and tools to learn how to do it. The search function is a wonderful thing

Had it done on my car. I can tell you for sure you won't do a proper job, you might just make it worse and then a pro won't be able to properly fix it. Depending on the dent, some dents are fixed from the outside; in all cases, they still do work on the outside as well because if it's pushed out from the inside the surface remains uneven and they do a little bit of tapping to get it all properly aligned.

If you DO wanna do it yourself, and think you have the guts.

Take off the door panel to where you can reach the dent, heat up the door panel with a heat gun/hairdryer until it's warm to the touch(don't **** this up and bake your paint off, if your hand can't handle the heat, then neither can your paint) USe a cloth and apply even pressure to the dent from the reverse side. Be very gentle and don't force it.

The heat will make it so the paint doesn't crack when it pops back out, the warmth is the most important part, you need to make the paint malleable. Read up on fender rolling to understand how to heat the paint.

your paint can get WAY hotter then your hand can take, and if you dont believe me park your car in a parking lot in the hot sun for 4 hrs, see if your hand can take that. just pay someone to do it right man! its not worth trying to paint match your whole door.

It cost me $100 to PDR a few dings in one door. Well worth it!

Dude, don't do it.
I watched a pro do PDR on my old T/A. It's a freaking art-form. He COMPLETELY erased several of the little dings though. And the ones he couldn't totally make disappear, me and him were the only people that could find where they were.

Have a pro do it. Two dings should cost you about $100 and you won't even be able to tell they were there.
