what are the differences between the 05 and the 06 G35?
6speeds don't have the vents, but can still have premium package incase the OP is looking for a 6speed.
Everyone complains on the other end when i use my bluetooth. I just end up turning it off. Once in a while i can do a decent convo with it. Disappointing because it's a nice feature.
One other different between 05 and 06 is the Navigation. 03-05 uses Version 6 while 06 uses version 7. You can't use a 7 disk in the older NAV.
You may also have some warranty left on an '06

i plan on getting either an 05 or 06 sedan in the near future. i know the 05/06 has major uprades over the 03/04s. but people tell me there arent many differences between the 05 and 06, so im wondering if it would be wise to get the cheaper 05 and save money? i mean if the only differences are minor things like the lights or dashboard then i really dont need an 06
also, i saw this car on autotrader a while back and instantly fell in love lol. not sure what year it is, either a 03 or 04. im not an expert on body kits so can you guys can let me know what kit that is? even though its basic and not anything special, thats the kit i plan on getting.

. yea the one in the picture^ have a nismo lip kit on it which is an 03-04 model cause of the grid-line LED taillights

okay i ended up getting an altima instead lol...but now the time has come for me to finally get my G35...planning on getting an 06. im still a little confused on where to get these nismo body kits? some of these links that were given to me back then no longer work.

i have a 06 G35x and trust me bluetooth is not worth even considering lol ... it sucks im not gunna lie ... but overall im very satisfied with everything else but it makes it the same as an 05 as well... sooo go for either whatever is cheaper vs mileage
The bluetooth mic sucks, as others have mentioned. I've found it works fine for me driving around town. However if I'm on the freeway, the ambient noise fvcks with it enough that the other end can't hear me. At this point I just always have it off and use a wired headset with my phone if need be.
At this point an '06 is going to most likely be out of warranty. So go by mileage/package/color preferences with either an 05 or 06.
