Here is my new baby. She's a 2006 Obsidian Black manual sedan. I got her completely stock about a 2 months ago with 24,000 mi on the clock. As such, I plan to keep this car and be on the site for a long *** time.
Right now I'm in college for mechanical engineering; and I plan to go into the automotive field once I graduate. Although I may go into a marine application because I love the coast (especially the Cali one) and can't see myself moving too far away from the ocean. Besides modifying and learning about cars I like to road and mountain bike, hang with family and friends, and read. I don't much time for a whole lot more at this point in my life.
The modding bug bit me on shortly after I got my last car, a 1999 Canadian Domestic Market Acura 1.6EL... also a sedan. I loved that car so much, but needed to switch to something with a little more power, reliability, and style.
So far I have no mods done to this car (however I posted a teaser pic of my first one below). My first major planned mods are some nice coilovers and wheels. I want to buy these at the same time, so I'll be eating ramen for a while
Also, the car is at the detailers being stripped, clayed, and protected today. Finally, Beshoff Infiniti is running a 1500 mi oil consumption test on my engine as well.
Thanks for the awesome site. I've been lurking for a little while now.
Without any more ado, here is the car:

And here is the first mod (thanks Riverside Infiniti):

Here is my Acura EL

Thanks for the welcome.
Actually, I am from California. I bought the EL while living in Florida (lots of G35's there btw) from a Canadian emigrant. Thanks again.

Welcome Cali - Monterey is a beautiful place.
Your pics remind me of when my OB was a virgin before I got my dirty hands on her
Gotta love the OB, but it's a pain in the **** to maintain.

Very nice, congrats.
Nice pick on the OEM lip, you won't be able to get those anymore once Riverside Infiniti sells out (they may have already sold the last 2 they had).
Excellent shooting locations, I would love to photograph cars at some of those spots!
