Without pics, hard to say what your options are to fix it. If it's keyed pretty deep, you may have to repaint the affected panels. Around here, repainting a car is normally about $500 per panel. So if they keyed just the bumper, you're lookin at about $500; if they keyed the whole side of your car, then about $2000...
