More than likely it's your compression rod bushings. You will also hear them creak when you enter a driveway at an angle. My dealership knew what I was talking about as soon as I mentioned it.

While at work, even after spending 2+ hours in the morning picking up the car, I had to take it around the block again. After coming home here this evening, I had to take it out again and cruise around town for bit with the stereo blasting.

I really enjoy this car. I knew I would probably like it a lot but I'm surprised how great it actually is.
