Is that muffler supposed to be polished stainless or is it dull like the picture?

It's dull because if you noticed the Car is from Hawaii. Where Red Clay rules. Any time it rains you get a film of that red clay all over your car, Especially the Underside. Looks like a Titanium Exhaust though. Do I win anything for my answer? A Cali Boy who Knows NV-35
