hi. im a newbie to this site. let me start off by sayin im a girl and I dont understand some of the "car lingo" thats on this site. lol

im somewhat new to the g35. I wanna start doing stuff to it. I have a 05 garnet X. Here's some of the things I wanted to do it:

put rims on it (probably the g37 coupe rims)
put a black roof but dont know how it would look with a red car
put a system in there
change the cd player so that I can play my ipod instead of cds.

I dont know what things to buy. Can anyone help me with ideas or suggestions because I have no idea what to do.

There's stickies everywhere so you can look at any of those to start with. Only way to learn the lingo is to expose yourself to it. Here's two good threads to read:

There's two members with red G35 sedans that I can think of - SDGenius and Seddon if you want to see what they've done - as well as a picture thread of red sedans in the sedan picture share.


Also, for audio look in the audio forums for help, you can add just an ipod adapter to your current Bose/non-Bose setup...or you can go and get something nice/better in there.


You're only limited in what you can do by effort and budget.
