iPod Adapter for 2005 G35 Sedan (no Bose)

Does anyone know of a good way to install an iPod/Aux connector on an '05 G35 sedan with the stock radio system (pictured)? I would like to stay away from installing a new deck if possible but I'm being told the options are very limited. Thanks for any help you can give.

This is what I have. Bought it from that site as well. Everything is kept stock, and all steering wheel controls are functional. Easy install as well.

USA Spec.

I'm running the USA Spec iPod adapter in my 05 Non-Bose Sedan. Charges an iPod but not an iPhone. Steering wheel controls are functional.

I have the OEM unit. It won't charge an Iphone, but it will play music off it.

That's disappointing. I was hoping I could use it as a car charger too.

I like my USA SPEC. I heard OEM is hard to install, and the other one is limited. There is a site which compares all three. Search it on the forums, or Google it.
Regardless, the function of all three is the same. I dont know how different they can sound, but the USA Spec sounds great.

Do all the wired-in iPod Adapters kill FM?

I checked out the USA Spec PA15-NIS. As I understand it, FM won't work with it. First, is that accurate? Second, if so, is there an alternative that I can still use FM with?

I have an LOC (Line Output Converter) connected with a 12" Alpine Type R/Kenwood Amp/ZenEnclosure Box and it performs well. No distortion at all.

My radio works fine. The way it hooks up is, the harness gets attached with the adapter of the USA Spec, and then back into the headunit. You press "CD" and the Ipod engages.

Thank you. So the USA Spec PA15-NIS is the one if the car isn't re-wired for SAT. I'll have to check the specifications to see if the 05 is or isn't pre-wired. Anyone out there know?

05 should be pre-wired. Anything greater than 2004 should be pre-wired, I guess I'm going with the USA-Spec
