They're here somewhere. I've seen it. But I'm not tracking it down for you.

I dont know if people are gonna post up the instructions. When they buy a kit, they are given instructions. Some of these points are created and found by the manufacturer, so it would be against them to just give these points out like nothing right?

I know this because i bought the 10 wire kit and i was given instructions. a few of these points and a few wires of the 10 wire kit were found by the person that made the kit i bought through tons of R&D.

i'm not trying to be an *** by purposely not giving you instructions. If the manufacturer let me disclose these information then i will by all means...

Actually, I couldn't find it doing a quick search. But I have seen it before, so I know it's out there.
Maybe it was at my350z

why get a grounding kit??

Im not a genius but im pretty sure the engineers designed the electrical pretty well.

I run two amps all the time and have no issues. Nine.1 and a rockford 300-2, roughly 150 amps and i like it pretty loud.

I lol'd when i read that people said it makes the radio more detailed.

^Supposedly the AT doesn't have the best grounding in the world, and you get slightly better shifts. I haven't done it, so I can't comment on the validity of that claim. But it does look really nice.

Anybody who says a grounding kit on the engine made their radio sound better has been taking too many stoopid pills.

im just not to sure about.

My gut tells me its not going to do anything.

I can see where if the ground wasn't sufficient and how it would help.....but I just cant justify doing it

I have like 70 feet of 4 ga at home in pieces, I could do it...but i dont think i ever will

Just run wire from tran to chassis. Repeat for engine.

Supplimental grounding has been done for a long time. Nothing new. I don't think you Need ten wires to do it though. You can ground the major components with 2 or 3 wires....everything else is up to you.

I usually ground the engine block only on my cars. On a car with an electronic automatic, I would also ground the trans case to the chassis

I don't disagree with you often but I will here. I have avoided getting a grounding kit for a long time because I didn't like the mess of wires running all over the engine bay. But when Sean introduced the V2 kit I bought one, actually the first kit he sold that wasn't installed in his garage.

I didn't see a very noticeable change in shifting BUT my Bose woke up. That's the best way I can describe it. Now before anyone starts to call know that I am 47, very **** about my things, and a huge A/V buff. I have 2 killer set-ups in my place and decided to spend my money elsewhere in my car modding. After the GK install my Bose was significantly louder and cleaner and the interior lights brighter. The improvement in the radio performance alone was well worth the cost of the kit. Can I explain scientifically why this happened? Not in a million years nor do I care why it happened. What I do care about is that I now enjoy my Bose a helluva lot more than I ever have.

^^ Sure your wife didn't just turn up your hearing aid when you weren't looking, old man?

Grounding kit is on my mods-wanted list. Gordgee is somewhat local to me, so when the time comes, I'll probably buy from him.

I bought a 10 wire kit. I didn't really notice a diff. But I'm too lazy to remove it.
