Help needed

Okay so 2 weeks ago i went and replaced my vent control valve, today i did a scan to turn off the SES light off, a new code came up saying P0447 Emission control vent circuit open. Anyone know what is the issue for this or how to fix it?

And yes, i went to the dealership + went back to where i got it replaced, they both would charge me $120 for a diagnosis...when i've alrdy checked and know what the problem is. So this results to me having to try to fix it myself and i would appreciate if anyone know how to solve this problem.

Thanks
