dang man, nice and clean! i'm personally a fan of the clearcorners, i feel they work really well in that color (as in pics from previous owner)
i do like the other rims better, sure u could find some around somewhere. also like the tinted tails, a bit of a more toned down appearance to me

it's like looking into a mirror...so you have both sets of rims? Wonder if the original owner was on the forums? Coupe Rays FTW

i think the original owner was, he took good care of it and added a few things onto it. I like the rims I have on now for some reason, I feel the one's he had takes away from the car and really doesn't flow, but they are nice. I might keep the rims I have now and just get a body kit to clean them up and repaint them. I need to get the engine problem fixed though asap, I need to drive this car in the nice weather.

the tinted tails aren't on anymore, i love the lights on this car, I think they look so much better then the new ones that have the circles on the back, this year has the three straight lines

You're crazy for not having the rays on there. Forged wheels are way better then those 17"s but to each his own. Blacked out tail lights look nice and you still see the lights when they are lit either way its mainly to look nice during the day but im torn on doing mine and I have the newer ones (which look way better then your zebra stripe lights :P ) Anyhow enjoy the car man and dont sweat it as it seems he's probably done most anything you'd be looking to do. If you really dont like the Rays (18"s) then sell them on the forum and put that money and a few hundred more and get yourself some 19"s that you like staggered and you'll be set

haha hey, i like the zebra lights on the back lights, def. different. The lights on the new ones aren't bad, they just look like all the ones on every luxury car. The tinted lights on the back are off, the last pic shows what the lights look like now. Don't have those rims, the original owner sold them. Has anyone ever used those kits to re-paint the rims before? Not looking to spend a lot of money on rims so figured that's the best way. I'm a simple guy lol.

^So yeah, wanna trade a spare set of "zebra lights" for the 05/06s you took off?

BTW, I painted my rims (black) it's a good bit of work prepping and sanding, but you can get some good results if you're careful and take your time. There's a DIY on it somewhere around here.

haha so you like the zebra lights as well, I would trade but I only have the one set, which is already the zebra lights on the car, sorry man.

What kit did you use? How much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?
