I've been looking at tail lights lately, and saw these on Ebay. I've seen some old threads about these with the Amber color, not sure if people are still looking. There were posts from someone in Dubai that they were $600 from Japan, so this seems like a good deal in my limited research.

I've always wanted a pair for my 05 but they are not at the top of my mod wish list.

Not sure about the '03-'04 version, but I got mine brand new for around $300. Maybe those are more difficult to find though.

Wonder why U.S. was red and Japan was yellow???

 

Europe and japan laws require amber only as the turn signals.

Us allows red as well....I wonder why some prefer red as well. Extra expense designing a new part when they already had one

I prefer amber as it stands out more. If I find a set of 05/06 jam tails, I would change them

I love the '05-'06 lights I got. My wife thought it was a complete waste of money, but it gives a nice subtle difference. I doubt anyone notices but me though.

There's one on my profile, but it's not that great. It's really hard to see the amber color from certain angles.

I plan on taking better pics of my whole car once I get my Coupe 18's on.

 

Mind if I ask where you got your's from? The seller on Ebay dropped the price to $325, I'd like to see some other reputable sites for my own research.
