No OP those tires will not work the are 9% off from OEM sizes. You want it to be under 5%

Agree with everyone else. Those would look like donut tires.
I would go with 225/45, 235/45, 245/45, or even 255/40 on 18's depending on how wide they are.

I have stock 18s with 235/45 and tthey look like off roading tires, way too big. Next time I think I am going with 245/40
