light out

My passanger heated seat switch light is out. How do I replace it or can you even replace it? It isn't the light that tells you it is on, it is the light that illuminates it at night. I guess it isn't that big of a deal but it bothers me.

Thanks guys/Girls

Let us know what you find. Now you've got me curious as to whether 06s are different. My seat icon illuminates and so do the bars that indicate whether the low or high heat is selected.

if they are anything like the snow mode button, you can put a LED + resistor in there to replace the bulb. . . i did that on my snow mode button and it worked, but i did a crappy job soldering and then i just bought a new switch

They do light up. The seat icon as well as the indicatOr. Funny I never noticed that before

Only thing that doesn't light up is the window lock button on the drivers door

i have an 05, the seat icon lights up at night and theres another light that comes on when its activated, but the white bars dont. i changed them all to white LED's, so basically i just soldered a led and resistor in its place.

you can just find the power wire for the illumination and disconnect it so that it doesnt light up

Ha, I am always finding something new. Just the other day I found out if you drive off with a door ajar, the nav screen displays a warning
