How to report a member?

I know this might be the wrong spot but I need help. I bought a item from a member almost 2 weeks ago and I havnt heard from him since he got the money via paypal. What do I need to do? I bought two sets of spacers. Maybe someone can direct me. And he hasn't signed on here since 3 days after the sale.

Theres nothing the site can really do. What you can do is, report it to paypal. File a dispute and have paypal investigate. Hopefully they can sort it all out and you'll get your money back.

If there is a problem definitely PM the details to a staff member.
We don't want scammers on the site.

Also use iTrader to leave seller feedback that others will see.

also. if you pay with a bank acct (debt card or credit card) you can go to your bank and files a dispute there too.

I just had this happen to me that someone did not send me the product, no one from here. Before you report the paypal, you have to make sure you took all the necessary precautions, like emailing the guy or try to contact him somehow, cause paypal will need to know that you attempted.

Once I did all that, I reported them to paypal, gave them as much info as possible.
Paypal will try to contact the seller and when they can't contact them, they will send you another email if you want to escalate. Of course you escalate and within a month, they will respond back with the outcome.

I eventually got my refund, woot woot

hopes this helps.

Best way is to ask for a buyer/seller feedback section in the feedback section of this site. I asked and got rebuffed. If more and more ask, maybe it will happen.

Stop payment on the card you used, I think you have 3 months to file a dispute. Next report him to pay pal. Credit card company and banks are pretty hardcore about going after these people who pull this type of thing.
