coilovers

Depends on the coilovers you have. If you have ones like the Impul Ohlins and the HKS Hypermax III's then you stick your hand between your wheels (if spokes are wide enough) and adjust through there.
Otherwise you have to get extenders. Not sure how it works with all sedans, but I have reclining rear seats so I can bring the seat forward, take off this flap, and adjust through there.

^BC Racing coils have extenders. You can purchase them for like $35 IIRC. I have BC Coils, never installed the extenders, but it only takes like 10 mins to remove the back seats and adjust the dampening.
To remove the back seats:
1. Pull the back tab out at the base of the seat on each side and life the bottom portion of the seat up. Back the seat belts through the openings and set the bottom part of the seat aside.
2. Remove the 2 14mm nuts on both sides (4 nuts in total) that are securing a metal "hook" at the bottom of the back part of the seat.
3. Pull bottom of the seat back out towards you.
4. Push seat back up then out towards you.
5. The top of the shock tower is now visible and you can adjust the dampening.
6. Do everything in reverse order to put it back together. Make sure you pull the black tabs all the way out then push the base of the seat down, hard to remove again if its not installed properly.
