05 Coupe Midpipe Fit 04 Sedan?
So i was looking for a Used OEM coupe mid-pipe... stumbled on Walker's site. i dont think they are very expensive and it looks like the use OEM are hard to find. What are you guys thinking about this?
Keep in mind this is just my DD. I dont really want to mod and **** like that. i just want it to work but since i need to change it anywais i figured why not go with the coupe sound. Apparently the walker sounds the same as OEM.
Any input would be great.

^Keep checking the exhaust Marketplace here and on my350z. They come up FS all time time, sometimes just gotta be patient. They usually sell quickly.

what do you guys think works best performance wise/hp gains? replacing most of the exhaust parts such as the mid pipe, cats, Y pipe and muffler or like replacing the cats and getting Borla exhaust? I hope that made since.
i think the best gains would be long tube headers and stillen true dual exhaust..borla might be the same, idk
unfortunatly only megan and obx make long tubes right now so more realistically, test pipes or hfc's and stillen or borla

I think what you are asking is what would yield more power:
1. Replacing exhaust components seperately (ie: Coupe Middy, HR Y Pipe, HKS muffler, cats)
OR
2. Full catback exhaust (ie: MD, Stillen, Borla, etc and cats)
I would say #2 because the components were developed to work together to provide gains.
A coupe middy is mostly for sound (and weight savings). The HR Y-Pipe and a muffler provides some gains but not very much.

Try your local Nissan or Infiniti dealers. I was looking for one last year and found 3 at the dealer. I paid $60 for all 3, kept one and sold the other 2.
damn what a deal. theres no Infiniti dealer here and only one Nissan dealer and I have a feeling that they wouldnt know what I was talking about. a while back I asked if they would sell me a coupe mid pipe and their answer was "we never sell used parts."

I got lucky and was sent to the back to ask one of the mechanics for an engine cover screw. We got to talking and I mentioned I was looking for a HR Y pipe. He wasn't sure exactly what I needed but he took me to a fenced in area outside the service bays and asked if I saw what I was talking about. When I spotted them he looked around and said if you give me $60 you can have all three. I quickly headed to the nearest ATM machine and 20 minutes later was leaving the dealership with a big smile.
He did try to sell me a set of coupe 19s with a half worn set of tires for $1500. I politely said no thanks.
