Check this before your warranty is up!

As seen in the link below the rear differential bushing will leak and cannot be replaced separately from the subframe. The bushing isn't sold separately and there is no aftermarket for this part except for a solid metal replacement that will add noise.

Outside of warranty the part will run close to $1300 without labor.

This is very common on all 350zs, g35 coupes and sedans. I checked with 3 of the 4 owners that I know locally and all of them had this issue! To make matters worse this will cause excessive wheel hop and stress the transmission to early failure.

Has anyone tried this remedy? Seems straight forward, albeit still a PITA.

Well, not exactly. The guy in the YouTube had a complete solution. His kit has a tool for the removal of the old bushing without removing the sub-frame part. Then a replacement urethane bushing (longer) and a new bolt to install into the differential cover.

I was wondering if anyone on the forum had tried this kit?

One day I'm going to have to do mine....
