Seems like 300 HP is nothing now a days. Ford and Chev both have over 300HP in their base V6 Mustang and Camero. American muscle is taking over again, too bad they're built like ****.

i had a 03 cobra for this that put down over 450whp with just intake and exhaust and a 2.8'' pulley without a good tune. i know what it is to have hp. i've also rode in a 280z with a chevy ls2 putting down over 500whp. i'm settling with 300hp bc i know it will still be decently quick

If I were to work on my engine it would go something like this:

Engine:
Weisco Pistons
Eagle rods
ACL Thrust Washers/ACL Rod Race Bearings/ACL Main Race Bearing Set (Calico Coated)
ARP L19 Head Studs and ARP Main Studs
GTR Skyline Factory Head Gaskets or HR Head Gaskets
5 Angle Valve Job, Rotating Assembly Balanced,etc..

Intake to Exhaust:
SG Carbotron Plenum (Upper)
Motordyne Plenum Spacer
Motordyne MREV 2
Nismo R-Tune Cams
SG Long Tube Headers
Y-Pipe (2.5" to 3")
Agency Power Exhaust (3")

Drivetrain
4.083 Final Drive

Id like to know, do you know if theres any difference between HR y pipes and DE aftermarket y pipes like for example, ebay ones? Will they add the same as HR ones? Im about to buy the ebay ones since i cant find me any HR ones, but not sure if they will add the same power..

Id personally stay away from ebay parts. I honestly dont know if theyd be the same power wise but better quality wise. Id just be patient and wait for an HR to come up. or just buy one from megan racing for 140ish.
