hi.. i love my 2005 g35 sedan..i love it alot.... but after a year i want alittle more thrust... i think a 25 hp gain would satisfy me..and sugestions of how i can achieve that... with the stock muffler cause i dont want it loud...i was thinking cyl heads and headers...any suggestions

 

you could prob pick up near 25hp w/HFC's, HR y-pipe, plenum spacer, and a tune.

 

cyl heads... the hell..

what SD stated there is about the best money spent aside from getting a blower/turbo installed.

that 25hp should cost about $1000-1500 pending on where,how and etc.

cheapest vortech kit is about $3500 + $1000 install + $500 tune. for about 100-150hp more. But there is more to this then just $5000, A LOT MORE....

nismo y pipe or HR y pipe - (used 100)
tune - 500

so maybe between 900-1100

 

25 more hp wont be 300 hp at the wheels...

 

300 at the crank 200 to the wheels lol

 

if you are loosing 100 hp between the crank and the wheels on a 300hp motor. you have something very wrong

 

on the 05 up doesn't nissan claim 297hp to the crank?
