Jacking spot

Okay I read contradictions can you or can't you Jack on those thin Jack spots on the side of car right where that thin piece of metal is right under the side skirt.. I don't have Jack stands is it okay to lift up right there with a Jack and no not the Jack that comes with the car... Nor do I have a low profile to reach the rear differential..

Just wondering where its safe to Jack the car up without using rear differential..

Some say yes you can and others say it will bend...I just wanna look for a stable place to jack the car up from the side if it's possible.

I would just put a small block of wood between the jack and the jacking point so you dont scratch the paint...

I usually drive the car up onto some wood blocks so i can the jack under the car to jack from the the subframe

No, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Is your life worth the $25 you would spend on jackstands?

Hydraulic jacks are not made to hold things up. Even lifts in shops do not rely on hydraulics to suspend the car, they rely on rest points. If any fitting, line, or other part on the jack came loose, the car would fall instantly, killing or maiming you.
