Mine still seems to be working since I re-installed it. I'm not going to touch it again unless I notice it is out.

I did notice several G's with non-functioning 3rd brake lights on my trip down to Houston this past weekend. I think all of them were 03-04 Sedans though. It's amazing how many there are down there. At one point on I-10 I was driving next to an OB Coupe, LR Coupe, DG Coupe, and an SS Sedan all at the same time.

 

Most I see with them out are 03-04 sedans as well

Seeing 05-06 with them out is a little rarer for me.

 

I think i have only seen one out completely was once. The rest has been one LED out like mine was.

 

if anyone is willing to pay the extra cash from stealership look up circle infiniti in new jersey
they have new ones for about $180 plus shipping.
ebay just wasn't cutting it for me and one infiniti parts website i tried sent me the wrong part and i had to return it.
now my car is all back in one piece and i can actually have people sitting in the back seats after about a month of looking for this part haha

lol at night I can see the reflection a bit by looking at the rear view.

 

But there is a sharp white 05/06 g35x in my area with the wing. All stock, tint, splash guards, wings....looks hot.



Somedays I want a wing, other days I like a smooth trunk.

Mines is out, I pulled the LED bar out and tested it and it works fine ( out of the car ) any ideas if theres a relay or fuse in there somewhere?

 

Did you check for power at the harness when you hit the brakes?
