Any Different Spoiler or Lip on 03 G35 sedan?

So i don't like the OEM spoiler that is made for my 03 g35 sedan and i really like the silver lip or lid or whatever they call it on the newer g37x (I not certain) but dont know if it will fit. Does anybody know if it is possible or any other cool spoilers other than OEM?

yes search around, there are ebay spoilers (m3 style), grubbs spoiler, or you can get a molded trunk by hikkatadori or strafe

The Hikkatadori has a similar look to the newer G37 one, only better (IMO)
