squeaky brakes

so got my brakes installed by grant (gdup35sedan) and they started to squeak the next day, it was a suttle sssss sounds in light taps, then started to develop more. so he added brake pad lube (wagners dont require this, but sometimes do)
they were good ever since and now they are starting to squeak again, started out lightly when tapping the brakes... nows its constantly. sometimes it does it more sometimes not as much but still does... anyone else have this problems...?

brake pads are the wagners thermoquiets

Did the pads come with shims or did he reinstall the factory shims when he installed the pads?
