My car whistles when on idle, when you open the hood it feels like it's coming from under the engine, what is this, Im so scared?

Stock or do you have any mods?

Be more specific with location - could be the PCV, could be an intake leak (almost always causes idle to drop/falter), idler pulley,...

 

I will take a video as soon as I get home (at work for the moment).
Everything seems fine, there is no fluctuations on idle, there is no power loss or anything, I did not notice any increase in MPG, it's all nice and dandy, except this whistling sound, which is not unbearable, however for example if you pull on a drive thru it's a lot more noticeable! It's also not happening all the time, so it's off and on!
