What springs should i get?

i have a 05 g35 sedan
-what springs do u guys recommend?
-H&R, Tein, ......

350z h&r springs? how much is the drop on those springs?

350z springs are lower in general. I think you would need a camber kit with s-techs.

Take it from a lot of us who have been down this road before. Save the cash and do it right the first time--coilovers. You'll be a lot happier in the end. Once you start to go low it doesn't end until you get coils.

I have been through 3 sets of springs before I went with coils and wish I had listened to this advice a year ago.

I have the Tanabe Pro 5 and they ride a lot better than the S Techs I replaced. Very smooth and comfy.

Im rolling on BC racing coilovers, they have adjustable height and adjustable dampening.

If you dont want no camber kit with springs, go with the 350z stock springs in the front and the g35 coupe springs in the rear, aka z/g sping combo. Will lower like half an inch or something, I cant remember.
