Changing the door seal

The rubber seal around my rear door has become stretched and no longer fits properly. I have tried to reinstall it several times. I took it to the dealer and they said they hadn't seen a stretched seal like that before, but they could replace it for about $200. The question I have is if I buy the part, how difficult is it to intall the rubber seal correctly, or should I pay the dealer to do it?

Thanks.

I've changed the door weatherstripping on other cars before. 10 mins of work. Pretty easy to do.

It's easy. You can get salvage ones pretty cheap on ebay too.
