You don't necessarily need to replace them unless they give you problems. You could take the rust off with chemicals. Otherwise, if you're gonna replace them, you could go with a BBK (Big break kit) or just the stock caliper. Stock ones don't cost that much, BBK's are pricy but for a good reason, MUCH better performance and look 100x better.

 

All you need is some paint, time and elbow grease.

And please don't pick some flashy color...stick with nuetral colors
