I want to add a little more sound to my 03 G35. I'm looking into the Megan OE RS 450 it comes with the mid pipe and muffler. What other exhaust are out there that give a little more sound? Does anyone know if Megan Racing is good or something to stay away from?

 

No doubt if I was putting a bolt on mod to such a car, I would have to check out www.MotordyneEngineering.com

I think the VQ exhaust is the choice for such a nice car.

 

Thanks! I like the look of the VQ it's similar to RS 450. I would like to hear it to compare it with the other one. Does anyone have the VQ on there G35 that i can some how hear it?

 

The MD VQ is great but it's also gone. 5 of us picked up the last of them last month. MD has a few Harakiri y-back exhausts left - pm Hydrazine (Tony) for more info.

The HKS axle-back sounds very good. Several people have paired that with a coupe mid and HR y pipe.

 

That's cool. I have a after market y-pipe on. I really like the Megan Racing OE RS 450. It's a clean setup, and is stainless steal. I have heard coupes with Megan Racing exhaust and they sound very nice. The only thing about it is that I have not heard this setup on a G35.
