^Nah man, your car is sloooooooow. It doesn't have any go-fast mods... just eye-candy like fancy taillights and such.

(wink wink, nudge nudge )

yeah but if you had a 6 speed it would be faster..lol

why dont you just post your timeslips?

60 foot: 2.100
330 foot: Not entered
1/8 mile: Not entered
1000 foot: Not entered
1/4 mile: 14.002 @ 103.000 mph
none of that adds up..lol

I mean are your really bragging about 103mph trap speed with cams? its still slower then a stock IS350

first of all, I didnt brag about 103 trap speed with cams (in fact nothing anywhere has those two in the same sentence)... 1/4 mile info it's part of the profile questions in the garage section - have you filled yours out?... you conveniently overlooked the track that was run at.

Secondly (and more importantly) stock IS350 dont run faster at that track - in fact, there is no NA G that has run faster at that track - I beat G37s at that track...

Let me guess, you're one of those guys that compares dyno numbers too (without comprehension that different tracks and different dynos arent comparable on the internet )

It cracks me up when people say "what rwhp do you have?" and "what's yours 1/4 mile ET"... compare same track and same dyno - then ask questions...

no not at all, you are the one who tried to race me for pinks(what if you ****ed up your launch or something, thats not very smart from either end...lol) from 3000 miles away, i was just making a joke about automatics

i was talking about you trapping at 103 with a decent 60 ft and still only running a 14.0...i mean u can blame the track but usually that would cause your trap to suffer. 2.1 and 103 trap should be into the 13s at any track, seems a bit odd. elevation means the air is thinner so the car can't burn as much fuel and therefore makes less power, less power means lower trap, but there was nothing wrong with your trap given the elevation and its not like you have some car with no torque that sucks off the line and then roars back on the top end..idk something is off about 14.0@103 with a 2.1 60 ft...

take this 05 G sedan 6mt

1/4 Mile ET: 13.791
1/4 Mile MPH: 102.220
1/8 Mile ET: 8.978
1/8 Mile MPH: 79.950
0-60 Foot ET: 2.139

worse trap, same 60ft and .3 better et.

elevation kills your trap and in turn your et suffers, if you have the trap and the 60 ft there is no reason for the et to suffer

btw fontana is where mike walker took a celica gt-s with intake, tune, unbolted exhaust and drag radials with minor weight redux and ran a series of 13.7@100-102s...not exactly a slow track

http://www.dragtimes.com/California-...ackID-123.html

everything on that list is doing exactly what it should do so try another excuse

are you an crack? I dint "try to race you for pinks"... I said it's too bad your so far or I would bet pinks... Let's be clear here - that was in response to YOU saying you are faster.

As for MT vs AT - the same track mentioned I beat MT coupe and sedan - and that was pre cam, header and fd...

Its so humorous that when people talk **** about mods or say something is faster than another - and I mentioned racing, all of the sudden its like I'm bragging... DaveB used to do that too (I guess you're the new DaveB)... I dont mentioned my car being faster than any other unless stupid **** like what you posted comes up... I havent seen you beat any other G - but I have vids and plenty of people on this forum that can vouch for the things I say.

So you can keep posting garbage - but I havent seen anything of substance to validate anything you have said.

I'll tell you what - a bunch of us are going to the same track on Dec 4th (were supposed to go yesterday but it rained out)... I'll post time slips for you to decipher... BUT, you have to promise to post a pic with panties on your head to prove what a dumb@ss you are when you see that what is in my sig is true.

Deal?

BTW, I launch off idle (with street tires) that's why the 60' is crap... but now that there is a possible fix to the fuel cut during brake/torque, I might be able to launch at 2500 without loss of power... we'll see next track day.

cool you talked a lot of **** but didnt explain why your slip made no sense...

ps my name happens to be Dave B. lmfao

real life? I've done a decent bit of legal drag racing, I know how the track works

I never said I was faster then you either, I made a blanket statement about manuals being faster then autos and you popped up and said you would wager pinks that you were faster then me... obviously if the auto has enough mods it will be faster...its not rocket science(like figuring out why your time slip makes no sense)

how many passes have you made at the drag strip in your life?

your 60 ft is not that bad, which is why your time doesn't make any sense, and if you were really experienced at the track you would know that, how good of a 60ft do u expect on street tires?

too many to bother counting as in 20 or like 500?

why would I agree to where panties on my head if you do something that I never said you couldn't do?

you are going to prove to me that you can run 14.0 with a 103 trap or you are going to prove you can run 13s which a 103 trap already proves?

still the only way to pull a 14.0@103 with a 2.1 60 ft is to hit a speed greater then 103 and then hit the brakes before the end of the trap to bring your trap down to 103...and your et up to 14.0...lol

far more than 20 far less than 500... no NA DE has run 13s at this track - I was so discouraged that I missed it by .003 that I didnt even keep the slips that day (Viet/rookie, Darren/southbaygsedan and several others were there though)... I thought for certain that I'd get in the 13s so I didnt care about the 14.002 - as it tuns out havent broke 13 at that track yet (did at Famoso though, barely).

So, yes, if I can get the launch the way I think is possible with new Osiris tweak, very high 13 is possible (even though I'm using way heavier brakes now and about 60lbs added car body weight).

And your theory of 103 then hitting brakes = totally wrong.
