To start off i know the 03/04 front won’t fit on the 05/06.

i want to start modding my car and am going to start off with rims and a body kit.


i spoke to Dustin @strafe and unfortunately the strafespeed kit is only available for the 03/04. But since it’s the only front that i really liked he suggested I fibreglass it to fit my 2005 sedan.


Has anyone tried this with any kit?
Will it be too much of a hassle?





BTW dustin @strafe best costumer service i have seen espcially after talking to several of vendors. the guy was great to work with and was replying after midnight and then in the morning...

you could always just switch ur headlights, hood and grill to make it fit

 

Good luck "making" it fit. Unless you do what SDGenius suggested then its prob not gonna happen.

 

If your car is DP I'll trade front ends with you haha.. Even Swap!

 

Were you planning on doing the rear bumper 03/04 w/ rear lip, as well?

+1, I would do a full swap versus trying to make it fit. You could do:

1. Strafespeed front
2. Strafespeed hood
3. Ionic Emblemless grill (should be done soon) or just buy an 03-04 OEM grill from eBay
4. eBay headlights

 

Is Ionics new grill gonna be 03-04?

Ionic was at my place on Thursday test fitting his new 03-04 Nismo rear lip rep and 05-06 oem sport lip on my Nismo front. i asked about the emblem-less grill, he said it's gonna be the 05-06 only for the moment. he still needs an 03-04. if no one comes through, i might just buy an ebay "framed" emblem-less grill to run for a while and let him take mine or my Wife's.

 

Nice, almost done with the rear. That is HUGE for the Sedan guys!

I'm surprised he's not doing 03-04 grill right now, I thought he got both donor grills per his thread asking for OEM grills.
