Another would you buy this G35 question, but this time it's different

My brother has an 05 G35 Sedan with 67k miles on it. He details it once a month, otherwise he keeps it washed and spotless. The inside hasn't seen dust period. Has a clear bra on the front, the mirrors, etc. It was backed into a few months ago in a parking lot and dented on the left rear. He got it fixed and the body shop ended up touching up the whole car(little knicks or whatever). Anyway maintenance wise, he has every service record for it and has had every service done to it since he bought it brand new. Brakes are less than a year old, tires are less than 2 months old. He had the FULL 60k mile service done and said he will be getting the tranny flushed on it. He wants to sell it to me for $12,500. It has whichever package comes with it that gives me the smart key and Bose(not sure if it's standard or not). He said he has had the wheel bearings done on it under warranty, and I believe the drivers seat track issue as well. Otherwise the little things he's had done to it seem minor. He said when he gets back home in a few days he'll give me the complete list of everything. I know he never drives the car hard, completely stock as well...

I know this is a G35 forum and that people buy them with higher miles than this, but I'd be coming from an 06 Corolla that is basically the CHEAPEST maintenance you can find. Not to mention I get 360 miles per tank and it cost me $30 to fill it up. I've searched and couldn't really find anything, but what kind of major expensive problems are common with the G35? I plan on changing out the Bose headunit with a pioneer double din, so I don't have to worry about the Bose one crapping out.

It will probably not be as reliable as your Corolla. However, that seems like a good deal.

Have to agree with everyone here. 12,500 is a great deal. And you can drive the G around if you like or have to corolla as your daily driver. The G can be for weekend driving or something along that road.
