Thanks... I was able to register and pull the recall campaigns as well. Unfortunately, my VIN is after the range, so I guess I don't qualify.
Thanks for all the help... At least I know now what I'm up against. I'm going to give it a shot and do it myself. I'll post an update once I do the job.
Thanks again!

Well... I have an update to what happened with the car.
I bought the cam sensor (OEM Nissan) from an independent shop for $80.00.
I followed the instructions from the DIY below and completed the entire thing in about 2 1/2 hours. I must say though, I really don't think it is necessary to take apart all of the intake portion. If you only take off the engine cover and then the top portion of the intake manifold, the sensor is reachable.
I had a difficult time with the thick wire harness that conveniently placed about 1/2 an inch away from the bolt. I pushed the bracket holding the harness further away towards the firewall and it gave me all the room I needed. Essentially, the entire thing could have been done w/o taking anything off other than the top engine cover. Mind you, this is only for Bank 1 (right side). I didn't look at Bank 2 and how it was configured.
All in all... $80 bucks, 2 1/2 hours of labor, clearing the codes with the scan tool I bought from auto zone for $60... I now have a running car. I've driven it over 200 miles and knock on wood... no turning off! I'm sure it would have cost me at the very least about $400 but I walked away spending $140 AND I get to keep an awesome scan tool.
Thanks to all who shared their thoughts. I would have been lost without the input.![Smilie](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
