I've noticed when I'm at the front of a red light, I've got a tendency to gun it and jump up to 50 mph before lettin off the throttle. Granted ,I'm coming from an SR20 powered Sentra, but still..does anyone else have this "issue"?

yea the addiction is harder to break than crack. And the way gas prices are soaring it's starting to hit the pocket book.

it's pretty tough... because the engine just sounds sweet. I don't necessarily know how the other cars sound.. but I love driving the car with windows down.. and I have no mods.

/me is in total agreement. it's hard, but someone has to do it. just floor it - but softly - you don't want the electronics to cut the power to the wheels if you begin to slip. accelerate nice and smooth to ~>6400 (manumatic rocks!) and upshift... repeat for 2nd and 3rd gear but keep the foot all the way down. oops... am i going 90 again?... dammit, and the speedlimit is 35, and the next traffic light is red... of well... "insert, thrust, repeat".

Actually, the G is such a fine car I really enjoy driving it smoothly. However, I tend to teach those "Ricer"s in their heavily ricer-fied sh*t boxes a lesson when and if they dare stepping over my tail (read the G's tail!)
The point is you don't have to floor the G to enjoy it, it's definitely enjoyable in any speed.

After the exhaust installed, its very hard to let go of the gas especially at a stop. The sound of the engine reving to the redline and the G force from the acceleration just too much fun.
