Coupe owner's Impressions of Sedan

Coupe owner's Impressions of Sedan
My coupe was in the dealership today to take care of the drifting to the right problem, and they gave me an automatic Caribbean Blue G35 sedan for the day.
I must say I was very impressed! The car almost seemed more powerful than my coupe, but that's probably because I don't drive my coupe around full throttle all the time like I did in the sedan today. The torque was strong off the line and it really pulls in the 30-60 mph range. Gets a little floaty when performing quick lane change maneuvers at higher while accelerating hard though. The ride was cushier of course but more comfortable. After work, I did a few donuts too, hehe. Tires are smaller than the coupe's and not as grippy, so it was pretty easy. The car had 15k miles on it and I bet those have been very hard miles.
I didn't like the seats as much though because of the lack of side bolsters. Plus, the tall shifter gets in the way of reaching the stereo buttons (6mt stick is shorter). Anyways, just dropping by this forum to share my day w/ y'all.

Re: Coupe owner's Impressions of Sedan
The Sedan is better behaved with the Sport suspension,
your loner was probably not the Sport. Add some sways and
good rubber and you have a real performer. I love mine!
03 5AT Sedan, sunroof, splashguards, HKS muffler,
14 wire Grounding kit, Z Duct, Stillen HF/AB
Underbody rear diffusers, Drilled alum pedals,
Stillen sway bars S/H. Sport Tuned Suspension

Re: Coupe owner's Impressions of Sedan
I agree with Cato. I recently took my Sedan in for the 15K service and got a Sedan with the normal suspension. I could really feel the diff. from my sport susp. Very floaty. Made the car feel heavier. Nice ride but WAAAAAY to soft fer me. Just my $0.02

Re: Coupe owner's Impressions of Sedan
Even my aftermakret springs are too soft for me and its way stiffer over the stock sport suspension, ive never driven a regular non sport G35 and dont want now haha!! Actually i do, i wanan see waht it feels like hmm, and i agree, i love the golsters of the oupe seats, it hugs you unlike the sedan seats!
